Why should I use your platform?

We’re providing you an affordable and reliable platfrom to rapidly expand your business and sell more than you are currently selling. Other benefits such as enhanced customer service and customer retention. Learn more here.

Why are we signing up for a waiting list? When will I get in?

Our first preview launch was successful and overwhelming. We’re looking into enhancements. Highly recommend opting in to our waiting list so that you won’t miss out on this awesome opportunity.

How am I get paid for my service chats?

We’ll minus a small transaction fee on the appointments paid via PayPal. Businesses will receive an e-transfer every Friday (or the next business day if Friday is a public holiday) so that you can deposit funding to your bank account directly. Contact us for more details.

When should I log in to your conference platform?

We suggest that you log in at least 5 minutes before the appointment time.

What hardware and software do I need to use your platform?

For both businesses and customers, you need a camera-enabled* device with an Internet connection. Mobile device users need to download the conference application before the appointment. Use Chrome for better user experience. Note: Some mobile device users need to turn off the screen overlay from Settings>Apps in order to enable the audio/video function.

What is the "Show notifications" message?

When you allow us to show notifications, you will be the first to get all the latest updates inclusive of special offers.

Is your Web App GDPR compliant?

Yes. Feel free to install our Web App on your mobile device. Our App does not collect or store user data, nor does it set cookies or store tracking data. Content visited by users is stored in the user’s own device, in the cache of the browser. This is very similar to how modern browsers caches cotent offline for faster browsing.

Why should I use your platform to book an appointment?

We offer flexibility on services provided by your service vendors. You can now check their calendar and enjoy a conference chat when and where it’s convenient for you.

How to book an online appointment?

We pride ourselves of an easy-to-use scheduling process, namely

  1. Pick a date and time
  2. Complete the appointment details (suggest to upload images (JPEG and PNG) and document (PDF format) to the appointment form)
  3. Process Payment
How do I know if my appointment has been confirmed?

You will receive a notification message once your appointment has been paid and confirmed.

How can I change my appointment or can I get a refund?

To respect the service providers’ time, appointments are non-refundable. Hope you understand.
